Order
Because we begin fulfillment quickly and work in small batches, we cannot guarantee cancellations or order changes once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before checkout.
Discount codes and promotions must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively once an order has been submitted.
We don’t offer local pick-up. All orders and returns are processed exclusively online and shipped directly to you.
Items placed in your cart are not reserved until checkout is complete. Because we operate in small batches, we recommend completing your order promptly to secure your size.
Shipping
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
It depends on where you are. We immediately begin to fulfill orders as they come in, however, due to volume it can take 2-3 business days to receive tracking info, and 24-48hours to see an update from the shipping agency (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL).
Orders delivering in CA most often take 2-3 business days to arrive, many receive their package even sooner. This is not. a guarantee.
Out of state depends on the shipping method selected,.
Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days, also pending any delays due to customs. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete, incorrect, or undeliverable address, we’re happy to reship it to you. Once the item is returned, we’ll reach out to confirm your preferred shipping address and send an invoice for the new shipping fee.
Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- We do not offer automatic refunds for returned-to-sender orders.
- If you choose to cancel the order instead of reshipping, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund, in addition to the original shipping cost.
- Returned items must be in their original condition to qualify for a refund.
We always recommend double-checking your shipping details at checkout to avoid delays!
All of the products listed as pre-order will be marked in their title as a pre-order and will have their specific shipment timelines listed in the product description of the products.

Return Policy
We will gladly return items that have been purchased at full-price through our website that have not been worn, washed, or altered with tags attached in the original clear packaging within 14 days of receiving your order.
All markdowns and/or promo orders are final sale.

Your return will be refunded in form of store credit only that never expires. Store credit will be issued after inspection of the package/items which takes 2-3 business days.
Any returns that are not sent back in original SOTE packaging will be charged a $5 restocking fee.
Pre-order options are always final sale and cannot be returned, as these items are made to order.
Due to being a small batch label, with limited inventory, we cannot offer exchanges at this time.
Our inventory is carefully managed in small batches and orders are fulfilled in the order they’re received. We aren’t able to hold or reserve sizes once an order is placed, which is why we don’t offer exchanges. Instead, eligible returns are processed for store credit so you can place a new order with current availability.
We inspect the following:
- Original packaging
- Tags are still attached
- Check for signs of wear: for sanitary reasons, please try on any bodysuits over undergarments as we do not accept returns that appear worn. Please be mindful of makeup, tanning products, and deodorant as well.
We’re so sorry if your item arrived defective or damaged. Please email us at hello@sotethelabel.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and clear photos/video of the issue. Our customer service team will review and guide you through the next steps.
Please note: items that have been worn or used do not qualify as defective. Because we cannot confirm if damage (such as tears, stains, or other signs of wear) occurred before or after use, only unworn items are eligible for review as defective.
Promotions
Promotions and discount codes must be applied at checkout. We aren’t able to apply them retroactively once an order is submitted.
Promotional orders are final sale. Because our promotions are designed to clear the remaining pieces from our small-batch runs, they’re offered at a special price with the hope of making SOTE more accessible for those who may not typically shop at full price. For this reason, we’re not able to accept returns on promotional items.
Only one promotion or discount code may be used per order. Promotions cannot be stacked or combined, unless otherwise noted.
Customer Service & Business Hours
Customer service hours are Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM PST. We are closed on weekends and U.S. holidays.
Emails are typically responded to within 24–48 business hours, in the order they are received.
We do not have a phone number for customer contact — all inquiries are handled via email for proper tracking.
Small-Batch / Brand Ethos
Each SOTE collection is intentionally produced in limited quantities. This allows us to focus on craftsmanship, minimize waste, and create pieces that feel special and considered rather than mass-produced.
Because our collections are produced in small batches, some styles or colors may not be restocked once they sell out. This approach helps us stay sustainable and ensures that each piece remains unique.
As a small brand, our resources and inventory look very different from large-scale retailers. Our policies allow us to operate sustainably, treat all customers fairly, and continue creating thoughtful collections.
