Order
Because we begin fulfillment quickly and work in small batches, we cannot guarantee cancellations or order changes once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before checkout.
Discount codes and promotions must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively once an order has been submitted.
We don’t offer local pick-up. All orders and returns are processed exclusively online and shipped directly to you.
Items placed in your cart are not reserved until checkout is complete. Because we operate in small batches, we recommend completing your order promptly to secure your size.
SHIPPING
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
In stock orders ship from our California studio within 2–5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). As a small-batch brand, we fulfill in thoughtful batches based on order volume, and processing times may extend slightly during launches or high-volume periods.
Once shipped, delivery times vary by location and shipping method selected at checkout. Orders within California typically arrive the fastest, followed by out-of-state deliveries, while international orders may take longer depending on destination and customs.
You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on the way. Please note that delivery estimates shown at checkout do not reflect processing time.

Expedited shipping options, including Priority and Express, apply to delivery speed after your order has shipped, and do not shorten our standard processing time.
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding major holidays).
For time-sensitive orders, selecting Next Day Air (NDA) or 2-Day Air (2DA) at checkout signals priority handling, and we do our best to prepare these orders as quickly as possible. While we are not able to guarantee same-day or next-day fulfillment, these orders are prioritized within our queue.
If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete, incorrect, or undeliverable address, we’re happy to reship it to you. Once the item is returned, we’ll reach out to confirm your preferred shipping address and send an invoice for the new shipping fee.
Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- We do not offer automatic refunds for returned-to-sender orders.
- If you choose to cancel the order instead of reshipping, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund, in addition to the original shipping cost.
- Returned items must be in their original condition to qualify for a refund.
We always recommend double-checking your shipping details at checkout to avoid delays!
All of the products listed as pre-order will be marked in their title as a pre-order and will have their specific shipment timelines listed in the product description of the products.
Majority of pre-orders can take 3-5 weeks to receive tracking information, this is due to items being made-to-order.
Pre-order options are always final sale and cannot be canceled, as these items are made to order.
Return Policy
We will gladly return items that have been purchased at full-price through our website that have not been worn, washed, or altered with tags attached in the original clear packaging within 14 days of receiving your order.
All markdowns and/or promo orders are final sale.

Your return will be refunded in form of store credit only that never expires. Store credit will be issued after inspection of the package/items which takes 2-3 business days.
Any returns that are not sent back in original SOTE packaging will be charged a $5 restocking fee.
Pre-order options are always final sale and cannot be returned, as these items are made to order.
Due to being a small batch label, with limited inventory, we cannot offer exchanges at this time.
Our inventory is carefully managed in small batches and orders are fulfilled in the order they’re received. We aren’t able to hold or reserve sizes once an order is placed, which is why we don’t offer exchanges. Instead, eligible returns are processed for store credit so you can place a new order with current availability.
We inspect the following:
- Original packaging
- Tags are still attached
- Check for signs of wear: for sanitary reasons, please try on any bodysuits over undergarments as we do not accept returns that appear worn. Please be mindful of makeup, tanning products, and deodorant as well.
We’re so sorry if your item arrived defective or damaged. Please email us at support@sotethelabel.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and clear photos/video of the issue. Our customer service team will review and guide you through the next steps.
Please note: items that have been worn or used do not qualify as defective. Because we cannot confirm if damage (such as tears, stains, or other signs of wear) occurred before or after use, only unworn items are eligible for review as defective.
