Order
It depends on where you are. We immediately begin to fulfill orders as they come in, however, due to volume it can take up to 72 hours to see an updated status from the shipping agency (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL).
Orders delivering in CA most often take 2-3 business days to arrive, many receive their package even sooner.
Out of state depends on the shipping method selected,.
Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days, also pending any delays due to customs. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
Once an order is placed, we cannot cancel it due to our quick fulfillment process. If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us immediately via DM @SOTETHELABEL or email at hello@sotethelabel.com. While we will do our best to assist you, we cannot make any guarantees.
Please e-mail: hello@sotethelabel.com with your order number, which item if affected, and photos, and we will do everything we can to rectify the situation. If we do not have a replacement on hand, this is the only instance where we will issue you a refund.
All of the products listed as pre-order will be marked in their title as a pre-order and will have their specific shipment timelines listed in the product description of the products.
Pre-order options are always final sale and cannot be canceled, as these items are made to order.

Return Policy
We will gladly return items that have been purchased at full-price through our website that have not been worn, washed, or altered with tags attached in the original clear packaging within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please reach out to us via e-mail: hello@sotethelabel.com for an RMA# and the address which you will need to ship to. Your return will be refunded in form of store credit only that never expires. If you prefer us to issue the return label, we can do so, and deduct the cost from your store credit.
Any returns that are not sent back in original SOTE packaging will be charged a $5 restocking fee.
Pre-order options are always final sale and cannot be returned, as these items are made to order.
All markdowns and/or promo orders are final sale.
Due to being a small batch label, with limited inventory, we cannot offer exchanges at this time.
We inspect the following:
- Original packaging
- Tags are still attached
- Check for signs of wear: for sanitary reasons, please try on any bodysuits over undergarments as we do not accept returns that appear worn. Please be mindful of makeup, tanning products, and deodorant as well.
Ethics and Sustainability
Only a limited number of garments are manufactured in each specific size or design. We do this to reduce fashion waste, as we prefer the need to restock than have overstock.
We source materials that are not only good for you but good for the environment. We are currently 90% sustainable, with the vast majority of the 10% that's not being our packaging. If there is a piece of clothing that is not made of materials like cotton or linen, we ensure they are OEKO-TEX® certified against harmful chemicals.
We truly believe the best way to limit impact is to sell quality goods that will last our customers a long time. That's why we design staple styles that remain in style year-round. Our owner designs from her office in Orange County, CA and works alongside two manufacturers, one in Los Angeles and one in China, to bring her designs to life. Both manufacturers have been vetted for their values, cleanliness, safe work environment, and fair wages. Both manufacturers are headed by women workers and we love them dearly!
